Camp 4 - El Capitan #7

These tiny cabins are adorable. My husband and I went for a quick, weekend getaway. The cabin looked brand new. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom, had all the basic necessities. A couple of things to note - mini-fridge only, we ended up just leaving a bag of ice on the top shelf of the fridge and it didn’t melt much. Most windows were high and didn’t have blinds, so we propped pillows up in there to combat the tv glare and early morning sunlight; we’ll bring our sticky blackout curtains next time. Unfortunately, our fireplace didn’t work. Agency was super responsive and tried to fix it, but weren’t able to get it working during our stay. We stayed in number 7 and it was a short uphill walk since that cabin is the farthest away. We’re early 40’s in average shape and it wasn’t too bad…My parents in their 60’s would have definitely struggled walking up the hill, especially with their luggage. Cabins 1-4 have parking without the hike. Cabin was 5mins from anything we could need and we will absolutely book again.

Only issue I had was walking up to the cabin at my ages. Will definitely go back but request a cabin on the flat ground. Staff was v very good.

The tiny cabin was wonderful! We loved it and we will return I would give it an Aplus!! My husband and I loved the close proximity to downtown, the grocery store and all of the wonderful restaurants and shopping!
